Discussions on viability dominated the fourth annual meeting of construction professionals in London where talk focused on how projects can be delivered in a challenging market

Questions around what options the government has to ease viability pressures on housebuilders and contractors dominated discussions at the fourth Building the Future Conference yesterday.

More than a thousand built environment professionals attended the event at Convene Sancroft in the City of London, which included a keynote speech by Vistry chief executive Adam Daniels.
